RECRUIT Release 2026.13
VERSION 2026.13
What’s New
ROSI Outreach Analytics Dashboard
A new pre-built “ROSI Outreach Analytics” dashboard is now available in the Analytics Library for all clients. The dashboard provides visibility into AI-powered outreach engagement, including response rates, outreach volume, and candidate interaction trends. No setup required — the dashboard appears automatically in your Analytics Library.

Require Reviewer Comments on Complete Review
Administrators can now require reviewers to leave a comment when completing a resume review. A new setting is available at Settings > Review Requests (“Require comments when completing a review”). When enabled, reviewers must enter a comment before submitting their evaluation. Default: OFF (existing behavior unchanged).
PII Anonymization — Enhanced Profile Protections
Four improvements to automated PII anonymization:
- PII Anonymization Metrics dashboard: A new pre-built “PII Anonymization Metrics” dashboard is now available in the Analytics Library. Track profiles anonymized today, this week, and last month, with a 30-day trend chart for GDPR compliance monitoring. No setup required — appears automatically for all users (except Employees).
- Job-linked candidates protected: Pipeline candidates tracked against a job are now permanently excluded from auto-anonymization, regardless of the configured retention period. Only unlinked talent pool imports remain eligible for scheduled anonymization.
- Anonymized profiles are fully read-only: All edit controls across candidate profile tabs (Summary, Resume/CV, Attachments, Evaluations, Activity Status) are now hidden for anonymized profiles, clearly communicating the record’s read-only state.
- Anonymized resume reporting: New Custom Analytics views allow organizations to build custom reports on anonymized profiles for compliance monitoring and audit evidence.
Resolved Issues
Job Tracking: Resolved an issue where sorting by the Business Unit column would exclude jobs without a Business Unit assigned. These jobs now appear correctly in sorted results.
Coming Soon
Sequential Interviewing — General Availability
Sequential Interviewing is nearly ready for general availability. Recruiters will be able to schedule multi-round interviews in a single workflow, with each interview stage triggered automatically after the previous one is completed. The feature will be enabled for all organizations pending internal testing.
