RECRUIT Release 2026.15
VERSION 2026.15
What’s New
Disposition Assigned Filter on Candidate Pool
For high-volume jobs, identifying candidates who still need a disposition decision previously required scanning the full candidate list manually. A new Disposition Assigned filter on the Candidate Pool page lets recruiters instantly surface candidates who haven’t received a disposition yet.
Select “No” to see only un-dispositioned candidates, or “Yes” to see those already dispositioned. The filter combines with all existing Candidate Pool filters and works from any Candidate Pool view.
Coming soon: A Pending Disposition tile on the Job Details page will show the count at a glance and link directly to this filter — giving recruiters a one-click path from “how many need attention” to “here they are.”
Source with ROSI — Chrome Extension Update
The “Export to ATS” button on the Chrome Extension now displays a clear message when a candidate profile does not have an email address on file. Previously, the export would fail with a generic error. “Export to PDF” remains available regardless of email availability.
Resolved Issues
- Fixed an issue where the session timeout warning was not visible when editing Job Descriptions, Qualifications, or other rich text fields in fullscreen mode (e.g., on Job Templates, Job Postings, or Requisition forms). Users who stepped away while in the fullscreen editor could have their session expire without seeing the countdown. The timeout warning now always appears on top.
