RECRUIT Release 2026.16
VERSION 2026.16
What’s New
Pending Disposition Tile
The Job Posting page now includes a Pending Disposition tile that shows, at a glance, how many candidates still need a disposition decision. Click the count to jump straight to the Candidate Pool, pre-filtered to just those candidates. This builds on the Disposition Assigned filter introduced in the previous release — turning “how many need attention?” into “here they are” in a single click.
Recruiting Team Groups — Self-Service for Hiring Managers
Hiring managers can now create and manage their own recruiting team groups — and assign a recruiting team directly when creating a requisition. The right recruiters are automatically linked to the requisition from the start, with no extra coordination required.
Hiring managers manage their groups from My Profile > My Groups: click Add Group to create a recruiting team and add members. To make the recruiting team selectable on the requisition form, administrators use Settings > Displayed Requisition Fields, where a new Recruiting Team field is available (displayed by default and optional; administrators can hide it or make it required). A recruiting team assigned on a requisition carries over automatically when the requisition is used to create a job posting.
Resolved Issues
- The View Job Posting link on the Candidate Profile now opens the correct job when a candidate is linked to more than one job.
- In the Chrome Extension, when a LinkedIn profile has no email address, Export to ATS is now clearly disabled with an inline explanation, rather than showing a generic error. Export to PDF remains available.
