Recruit Release 2026.18

VERSION 2026.18

What’s New

Pipeline and Applications Tabs on the Candidate Profile

The candidate profile page now shows separate Pipeline and Applications tabs, so recruiters can view a candidate’s pipeline and application job associations independently and switch between multiple associations when they exist. Recruiters can also manually associate a candidate with an additional pipeline directly from this page.

Hiring Stage Dropdown — Improved Placement

The Hiring Stage dropdown has moved from the top-left of the candidate profile page into the job card on the Applications tab, keeping it in context with the specific job application. This also makes room for a new indicator that flags sourced candidates. Stage options work exactly the same as before — only the location has changed.

Resolved Issues

  • The employer name shown in the SMS consent message on job applications now reflects the Company Name configured in your career site settings. If you manage multiple career site portals, each one now displays the correct company name in its consent language.
  • Candidates who run into an SMS opt-in issue during the application process — for example, an invalid or unregistered phone number — no longer see a blocking error screen. The application now continues normally, so candidates can complete their submission without interruption.
  • Company locations that are only referenced by completed or already-posted requisitions can now be deactivated. Previously, these stale references could block deactivation even after the requisition was no longer active.
  • Candidate phone numbers with a country code no longer prevent submitting a background check invitation through Checkr. The system now formats the number automatically, so recruiters don’t need to manually adjust it before sending an invite.
  • The embedded job listing widget no longer scrolls your career page back to the top when candidates click a job title, apply, or navigate back to the listings. This works automatically wherever the widget is embedded — no changes needed on your end.
  • The rich text editor used throughout your career site has been upgraded to a newer, more secure version. Recruiters and candidates should notice smoother text editing, with no changes to how the editor is used.
