Candidate Match Follows Candidate Pool Access for Hiring Managers

For Hiring Managers, the ROSI Candidate Match section on the Job Posting Details Page now follows the same access rules as the Candidate Pool. When a Hiring Manager doesn’t have access to the Candidate Pool, they no longer see matched candidates on the Job Posting Details Page.

Both settings that give Hiring Managers access to the Candidate Pool are off by default. If your organization hasn’t turned either of them on, your Hiring Managers will no longer see this section. Other roles are not affected.

Sort Email Templates by Any Field in the API

The email templates API endpoint now lets you order results by a chosen field, ascending or descending, instead of always returning them in the same fixed order. This makes it easier to retrieve templates in the order you need.

Company Location in the Indeed Job Feed

You can now include each job’s Company Location in the nightly Indeed job feed, which helps candidates tell your facilities apart before they apply.

To turn it on, go to Administration > Settings > Indeed Nightly Job Feed and enable “Include Company Location in Indeed Feed.” It’s off by default, so your feed stays exactly as it is today unless you turn it on. When it’s on, each job’s location name and code are sent to Indeed. Jobs without a Company Location are sent with that field left blank. Other job boards are not affected.

• Once a candidate has been sent to Workflow with Initiate Onboarding, the option is now removed from the Take Action menu on their profile. This prevents onboarding from being started a second time by mistake and leaving a duplicate pending employee behind.
• For some candidates, the Scheduling Confirmation email sent to interviewers didn’t include the candidate’s primary resume. The resume is now attached again. No setup is needed.
• When an interview is scheduled with “Add Teams Meeting Link” turned on, candidates now receive the Teams join link in their confirmation email, just like interviewers. This applies whether or not your Scheduling Confirmation message has been customized, for both panel and sequential interviews. No setup is needed.
• On some internal career site apply forms, the Current Work Location list could include a location that didn’t belong to your organization. The list now shows only your organization’s own work locations.
