RECRUIT Release 2026.23

VERSION 2026.23

What’s New

Shared Hiring Stage Visibility

Recruiters and Recruiting Managers can now see candidates in the Candidate Pool, Talent Pool (Consider for Future) and Talent Community, or whatever these stages are labeled in your instance, even when the candidate’s job is at a location they aren’t assigned to. This makes it easier to find great candidates across business units.

These candidates open in a view-only profile. Users can review the candidate’s profile, resume, evaluations and basic job details, but they can’t edit the candidate’s information. The “others” dropdown lets users switch between the candidate’s shared stage jobs to see each one’s basic details, even without access to those jobs. Links into the job (View Job Posting, and the Job Title and Tracking Code columns) are not available. Users can add the candidate to the pipeline of their own jobs using Associate with Pipeline, or use the Create New Profile action to add the profile as a candidate to their jobs. Download this Profile is also available. Attachments, history, activity status, printing, outreach and bulk actions aren’t available for these candidates.

How to turn it on: Administrators go to Admin > Settings and turn on Shared Hiring Stage Visibility (off by default). The setting applies only to shared hiring stages; all other stages keep location-based access. Hiring Managers and Administrators see no change. Users might need to log out and log back in to see the changes.

New Candidate Match (Not Enabled With This Release)

This release includes the new Candidate Match. It will not be enabled for any client when the release goes live. Shortly after the release, we will enable it for the 9 clients who currently use the original Candidate Match. Four other clients only have skills extraction enabled for the original version and never had its UI on their site; if they want the new Candidate Match UI, we will enable it for them too. After that, we will announce the new Candidate Match to all other clients through a marketing campaign and possibly a WebEx, and we plan to enable it only for clients who request it.

Hot Match (Job Score and the related intelligent search scores) will be retired once we officially announce the new Candidate Match as its replacement. Nothing changes for Hot Match when this release goes live.

Email Templates List Improvements

The Email Templates list now opens in alphabetical order, and you can sort by any column. New Created Date and Jobs columns show when each template was added and how many jobs use it as their imported-candidate email, so you can check before you edit or deactivate it. The “ACTIVE” checkbox is now labeled “Display Active Templates.”

Resolved Issues

  • Candidates can now open and apply to jobs created through the job import API on your Candidate Experience career site without seeing an error. This applies to newly imported jobs.
