What’s New

⚠️ Form I-9 Version Transition — Settings & Transition Tool
New administrator settings and a transition tool are now available for switching to the 01/20/2025 Form I-9 (released in a prior version). Navigate to Settings → I-9 → Use Form I-9 Version to select the updated form. The 01/20/2025 form is also being deployed across all supported Workflow versions, ensuring all organizations have access regardless of their current release.
A transition function manages in-progress forms during the switch. Affected clients have been contacted directly. Contact your CSM with questions. See USCIS guidance for more details.
Bulk Action — Now Available for Custom Profile Field Forms
Bulk Action now supports forms that contain Custom Profile Fields. Custom Profile Field forms appear in the Bulk Action tab automatically — no setup required.
For the best experience, use Smart Forms with Bulk Action.
A new Bulk Approve Forms permission is available in team settings, giving administrators granular control over which teams have access to the bulk approval action. Signature auto-population on Custom Profile Field forms now works correctly during Bulk Action.
Task Details — Event Phases
The Event Phases field is now available in Task Details. Administrators can assign tasks to specific milestones (phases) directly from the Task Details experience.
Note: Event Phases must be configured in Settings for this field to appear.
Smart Forms — Increased Text Input Character Limit
Text input fields in Smart Forms and ROSI Form Builder now support up to 2,000 characters (increased from 1,000). This allows richer responses in survey forms, exit interviews, and other free-text fields.

Resolved Issues

I-9 & E-Verify

• Resolved an issue where I-9 Reverification could trigger incorrect reverification events for documents without expiration dates.
• E-Verify case submissions now transmit Date of Birth in the correct format for all cases.
• Legacy E-Verify case status pages are now accessible without errors.

Forms

• GetFormXML description values are now correctly populated for selection fields in API responses.

Portal

• Resolved a compatibility issue between the ROSI Employee Agent and the Offer Details page.
• Removed a legacy script reference that was generating unnecessary server requests, improving page load performance across all portals.

Reporting

• Task Promptness report data now matches Advanced Analytics when using the same filters.
