WORKFLOW Release 2026.3.15
VERSION 2026.3.15
What’s New
ROSI Journey Builder (Beta)
Build employee journeys in minutes with AI. Describe what you need in natural language, upload an Excel file, or choose from guided prompts — ROSI generates the complete journey structure with tasks, dependencies, due dates, and descriptions.
ROSI Journey Builder replaces the manual step-by-step journey creation process with an AI-powered experience. HR admins can go from a simple description to a fully configured, publishable journey in minutes instead of hours.
Key capabilities:
- Natural language journey generation via ROSI chat
- Excel upload (.xlsx/.xlsm) to generate from existing data
- Table view with inline column interactions
- Card/timeline view for visual dependency mapping
- AI-generated task descriptions and employee instructions
- Task dependencies with circular dependency prevention
- Publish & Launch flow with validation
Enablement: Available upon request. Contact your Customer Success Manager to enable ROSI Journey Builder for your organization.

Known Issues (Beta):
This is a Beta release — we’re actively collecting feedback from beta users and turning it into improvements. The following known issues are being addressed:
- Scroll issue — users may be unable to scroll to the bottom of long task lists (fix in progress)
- Task Detail Panel may not persist some settings after closing — workaround: save draft after each change (fix in progress)
- No warning when navigating away during active ROSI generation — progress may be lost (fix in progress)
- Manually added tasks display “draft-xx” ID format instead of sequential numbering (fix next release)
- Save Draft may fail silently on certain validation errors (fix planned)
For full Beta capabilities, see the Beta User Guide.
Improvements
Form Builder Export — PDFs, .Doc, and .Docx Now Included
Forms exported from non-production environments to production now include linked PDF, .doc, and .docx files in the export package. Previously, linked documents were excluded from exports, requiring manual rework after importing to production.
Gen 1 Form Builder — Malay Language Support
All Gen 1 Form Builder default elements — including signature fields, attestation text, and action buttons — now display in Malay when the browser language is set to Malay. Previously, these elements displayed in English regardless of language settings.
Resolved Issues
- Fixed an error (“Input string was not in a correct format”) that appeared when clicking Audit Trail on task definitions.
- I-9 Document Purge and Dashboard queries no longer fail when far-future termination dates exist in the system.
- Hotfix – July 21: Fixed an issue where the I-9 Version Compliance Report displayed duplicate rows for employees with multiple form types in their onboarding event. The report now correctly shows one row per employee with accurate form version data. The “Restart I-9 Process” action now completes successfully.
-
Hotfix – July 27: Employees who have already completed the 01/20/2025 Form I-9 are now correctly identified as compliant and no longer appear on the I-9 Version Compliance Report. Employees who still need to transition correctly display Form Version 12 with the 07/31/2026 expiration date.
-
Hotfix – July 27: Organizations using both Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) now have the expected authentication experience — SSO users bypass the application-level MFA prompt, while username/password users continue to receive MFA when enabled.
-
Hotfix – July 27: Resolved an issue in ROSI Journey Builder where modules attached to tasks could lose their configuration after saving as draft and reopening the event.
- Hotfix – July 29: The I-9 Version Compliance Report now displays up to 1,000 employees (previously limited to 100), sorted alphabetically, ensuring all employees needing the form version transition are visible and actionable.
- Hotfix – July 29: The “Restart I-9 Process” action now correctly issues the 01/20/2025 Form I-9 to restarted employees.
- Hotfix – July 29: The system now defaults to the 01/20/2025 Form I-9 version for new onboarding events. No administrator configuration change is required.
