WORKFLOW Release 2026.3.16
VERSION 2026.3.16
What’s New
Conversational Analytics
Natural language analytics querying is now available in Workflow. Users with Premium (Tier 3) analytics privileges can ask questions about workforce data in plain language through a chat interface and receive instant answers, visualizations, and tables — no custom report building or Looker expertise required. Powered by Gemini AI, Conversational Analytics is tuned to Workflow’s data model including journeys, phases, tasks, events, and categories.
Key capabilities:
- Ask questions like “How many journeys are overdue?” or “Show me task completion by category this quarter” and receive instant answers
- Multi-turn conversations — follow-up questions build on previous context
- Visualizations generated automatically (bar, line, area, scatter, and pie charts)
- Up to 5,000 rows per query
Conversational Analytics respects the same data access permissions as your existing analytics — users can only query data their team privileges allow.
Conversational Analytics appears under Reporting & Analytics in the left navigation menu and is enabled by default for users assigned to teams with Tier 3 privileges. Navigate to Settings > Other > Enable Conversational Analytics to manage access.
Additional I-9 Validation
New compliance safeguards have been added to the Form I-9 workflow:
- Section 2 — Duplicate Document Selection Blocked: The system now prevents selecting the same document for both List B and List C. Additional validation has been added for Native American tribal documents in List C.
- Reverification — Standard I-551 Block: The system now prevents completing a reverification event when the employee’s original Section 2 document was a standard Permanent Resident Card (I-551). A guidance message is displayed when this condition is detected.
ROSI Journey Builder (Beta) — Improvements
Based on beta feedback, this release includes improvements to ROSI Journey Builder:
- Task Detail Panel now correctly saves all settings (assignee type, categories, and other fields) after closing
- Published ROSI Journey Builder events can now be reopened for editing
- Tasks can be added directly from the Task Detail slideout panel
- Journey Settings Panel is now available for journey-level configuration
- Due Date modal and Timeline Settings now stay in sync
- Configure Form modal displays long form names correctly
- ROSI icon is retained when cloning an event
- Design cleanup and improved table interactions
Known Issues (Beta):
We’re actively collecting feedback and turning it into improvements. The following known issues are being addressed:
- Scroll issue — users may be unable to scroll to the bottom of long task lists
- Manually added tasks display “draft-xx” ID format instead of sequential numbering
- No warning when navigating away during active ROSI generation — progress may be lost
- Save/Publish may fail on certain validation errors when modifying existing events
For full Beta capabilities, see the Beta User Guide (PDF).
Resolved Issues
I-9 & E-Verify
- E-Verify case completion status now correctly syncs to the database after task closure. Previously, cases could appear as open even after completion.
Localization
- Resolved an issue where Turkish-locale string conversions could cause errors in certain workflow operations.
Integrations
- Fixed an issue where duplicate integration trigger notifications were sent to configured endpoints.
Tasks
- Resolved an issue where validation errors from a previously selected task type persisted after switching to a different type during task editing.
Forms
- eForms service no longer returns errors when the tenant code casing differs between database and service.
Reporting & Analytics
- Premium (Tier 3) users can now schedule reports with the “All Results” data limit. Previously, scheduled reports could return incomplete data.
