Resolved Issues
- Form I-9 Field Reference Document — Corrected the field order and completed the default values shown in the Form I-9 Field Reference document, making it easier for teams to map fields accurately when building integrations or custom reports.
- Dashboard Visibility — The “My Tasks” dashboard view now correctly limits visibility to only the employees within an admin’s assigned segment, in line with configured data segmentation rules.
- Bulk Approval — Bulk Approval integrations, such as payroll or Human Resources Information System (HRIS) updates, now only fire after the approval step is actually complete, preventing data from being sent prematurely.
- Journeys (Events): Cloning — Cloning a Journey (Events) definition with multiple event dates now correctly preserves each date’s configuration, so every configured date stays available when setting up task due dates.
- Employee Portal — The employee portal homepage now updates automatically after a form is completed, so employees always see their current task status without needing to refresh the page.
- Bulk Action Preview — Employee profile details and Classic Forms now display correctly when reviewing records in the Bulk Action preview.
- Form PDF Rendering — Improved PDF rendering across custom and builder forms: bold text and font sizing now render consistently, and text alignment (left, center, right, and justified) correctly matches what’s configured on the form.
- Multi-Language Form Support — Smart Forms PDFs now correctly display Chinese, Japanese, and Korean characters, matching the existing Classic Forms experience.
- Hotfix – September 9 – Fixed an issue where an approval form completed through Bulk Approval could show as “Form Not Complete,” which delayed the transfer of associate data to connected systems. Form completion now triggers at the correct step, so data transfers reliably right after approval. Also fixed a formatting issue where the start date on the printed PDF displayed a timestamp instead of a clean date.
