Resolved Issues
- ROSI Journey Builder: Setting up a journey is now faster. When configuring criteria, participants, and applicable dates in the Define Journey step, you can use the new “Select All” option instead of selecting options one at a time. You can still deselect individual options after using Select All.
- Web services: The GetEventReportEx and GetCompletedFormsList web service endpoints now support OAuth bearer token authentication. Integration partners can pull event reporting and completed forms data using OAuth, and existing session-based integrations continue to work without any changes. In addition, AddTaskEx2 could return a “task already exists” error even when the task was successfully added, which mainly affected integrations using conditional task triggers. The web service now returns a success response with the task ID.
- Task notification emails: Notification emails triggered by task completion could occasionally fail to send if a routine server restart happened at the same moment, delaying downstream processes. Notifications are now saved before sending and retried automatically, so they are delivered reliably.
- Data Segmentation: Admins whose Assignment Category is a parent category could not see employees assigned to newly added child values until the category was removed and re-added on their profile. These employees now appear right away, with no manual steps.
- Forms Report: Downloading Excel – Form Data from Reports > Forms Report could fail. The download now works as expected.
- Localization: Saving a valid translation could fail with a “Could not save item, name must be unique” error. Translations now save correctly, and genuine duplicates within the same language are still prevented.
- Quick Stats: The Quick Stats section on the dashboard could overflow or misalign when labels were long (for example, in Malay) and the left navigation was expanded. The section now displays correctly regardless of label length.
