WORKFLOW Release 2026.3.21

VERSION 2026.3.21

What’s New

Danish Language Support

Danish is now a supported platform language. Workflow, the employee portals, and Gen 1 forms, including signature and button labels on Gen 1 Builder forms, now display in Danish for users whose language is set to Danish.

Resolved Issues

  • Notifications: Admins could get an error on Administration > Notifications when an event had no name saved in their language. The page now loads correctly, and notification lists, previews, and exports handle these events too.
  • Profile field restrictions: When a user belonged to more than one team, a team without a field configuration could override the restrictions set on the user’s other teams. Restrictions now apply correctly, so restricted fields stay hidden. Users who could see restricted fields because of this issue will no longer see them.
  • Gen 1 eForms: PDFs for Gen 1 eForms could intermittently generate as blank pages. PDFs now generate as expected.
  • Gen2 Forms: Policy Acknowledgement forms built in the Gen2 builder now honor the “Append to PDF” setting. The printed PDF includes the completed acknowledgement form followed by the policy document(s), matching Gen1 behavior. Forms converted from the Gen1 builder will also have their policy documents restored after the release.
  • I-9 Section 2 document list: When an admin viewed an I-9 from Admin > Forms, the Section 2 document list could differ from the options configured for that I-9. The list now matches the configured options.
  • I-9 Form I-94/I-94A with I-551 stamp: Employers can now select “Receipt: Form I-94/I-94A w/ I-551 stamp, photo” in Section 2 when the employee selected “A lawful permanent resident” in Section 1, without a status mismatch error. This applies to I-9 form versions 15, 16, and 17.
  • I-9 reverification: Reverification auto-launch could assign an expiration date to an I-9 that didn’t have one. Auto-launch now requires an actual expiration date on the completed I-9, and a second reverification can’t start while one is already in progress. I-9 records affected before this release are not corrected automatically.
